Refund policy
Damaged, Defective or Lost Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost. You must contact us immediately via our support channel at contact@gethappytoys.com, providing photographic evidence within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We can only offer free replacements if the following conditions are met:

Item arrived damaged, broken, or visibly defective.

Packages lost in transit. In these cases, we will work directly with the shipping carrier and send a replacement at no extra charge.
⚠️ Exception: If the issue is caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer, replacement shipping costs may apply.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Happy Toys is not responsible for orders that are incorrectly routed or delivered due to inaccurate address information provided by the customer.
However, we will do our best to assist with address corrections once notified.
Please make sure all shipping details are correct before placing your order to avoid delivery issues.

Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier.
To request a cancellation, please email contact@gethappytoys.com.
Returns / Right of Withdrawal
If the order has already been shipped, the request will be treated as a return, and the customer will be responsible for all shipping and return costs.
To request a return, you must contact us at contact@gethappytoys.com within 5 days of receiving the product, clearly stating your intention to return the item.

If the payment was made via electronic payment methods, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If the payment was made via cash-on-delivery, you must provide valid bank account details for the refund.
Return Conditions
Returned products must:

Retain full resale value
Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets these conditions, the refund will be processed within up to 8 business days.
Happy Toys reserves the right to refuse any replacement or refund that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
A refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.

Warranty Policy
The warranty period for each product is clearly stated on the product description page.
To request warranty service, please contact contact@gethappytoys.com, describing the issue and providing photo and video evidence of the defect or malfunction.
Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

It does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, breakage, or third-party handling.

Warranty claims do not extend or replace the legal return period.
Acceptance of a product for inspection does not automatically imply approval of the warranty claim.
Once inspected, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired at one of our authorized service centers.
At Happy Toys’ discretion, we may choose to repair or replace the defective item.
If the product is replaced twice and the issue persists, an agreement may be reached with the customer regarding a refund.
